The KBIM2-IS is fully welded from stainless steel. The membrane is covered with a conductive stainless steel shim to prevent static build up.

We are Hiring- Administration Officer

What we are looking for

We are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic administration officer who will fit into our small dynamic office team. The role is front of house as well as assisting with the overflow of administration work. The right candidate will need to be motivated and able to multi-task.

  •  

    On-going permanent part time position, based around school hours

  • Ideally 5 hours per day from 10am-3pm; there is potential flexibility with start-finish times for the right candidate
  • A dynamic role involving contact with customers, contractors and staff as well as high level administrative tasks
  • Reports to Office Manager.

Duties

The key duties include: –

  • Responsibility for general reception duties
  • Face of the company for first contact
  • Answering and delegation of incoming phone calls
  • Liaising with suppliers, clients, and third-party contractors
  • Distribution of mail
  • Ordering of stationery
  • Booking travel requirements for staff
  • General administrative duties

  • Previous reception or customer service experience
  • Competence in the use of Microsoft Office products would be desirable
