APC Technology is an Australian company that has been designing and manufacturing custom Military and Industrial computer hardware for over 30 years. We have an enviable client base across a diverse range of industries.

As part of our long term strategic plan we are looking to recruit an internal Sales support person. This role would suit a young ambitious individual with a technical background and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer requests for information and quotes for third party products.
  • Assist the sales department in responding to enquiries as required.
  • Build effective relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide market intelligence to aide business planning and product development.
  • Utilise the CRM system and maintain third party pricelists.
  • Attendance at tradeshows and events locally and interstate.
  • Office support as required.

Key attributes:

  • Basic understanding of electronics and / or computer hardware.
  • A passion for sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently while understanding the value of teamwork.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products.

It is anticipated that the successful applicant will grow along with our organisation and become an integral part of our Sales and Business Development function.
